LEGAL PRACTICE 

Venita joined 5 St James Court in January 2008. She has a mixed practice, with a focus on corporate and transactional law.

Having spent the last 8 years acting as group legal advisor to a large financial services group, Venita has ceased her role and has taken a personal sabbatical leave in January 2020. She will resume her professional activities in January 2021. As such, Venita has advised regularly across a very broad spectrum of corporate and transactional work, which included regular assignments in relation to the Global Business Sector.
