Rojanjali joined 5 St James Court upon being called to the Mauritian Bar in September 2019.
Rojanjali practices across a whole range of areas of law in line with Chambers' profile. She has, since joining Chambers, appeared before the Independent Review Panel, the Environment and Land Use Appeal Tribunal, the District and Intermediate Courts. Rojanjali has also appeared as junior counsel led by Mr. Ravindra Chetty SC in Supreme Court cases. She accepts instructions as sole counsel for District and Intermediate Court matters.
OTHER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Rojanjali has experience in the financial sector.
She previously worked as a Compliance Officer in the offshore sector and at the compliance unit of a major commercial bank in Mauritius where she was involved in preparing regulatory and legal impact assessments, data analysis and reporting to the Bank of Mauritius. She also has experience preparing compliance reports and anti-money laundering procedural assessments and training.
She also lectured Criminal and Contract Law Modules to first year LLB students at Rushmore Business School in affiliation with the Leeds Beckett University.
Rojanjali is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.
